Temp to Hire- Fraud Specialist

to join the

Finance Team!

Individual reports to

Senior Manager, Fraud Operations.

Role is

remote-

must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Specialist, Fraud will review suspicious customer accounts and eCommerce orders utilizing available tools daily while identifying fraud trends or product vulnerabilities and escalating them to the team manager.

This is a temp-to-hire position with an assignment for 90 days, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position post-assignment.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

Review suspected fraud cases while adhering to department and company service-level agreements.

Maintain or exceed minimum fraud review volume expectations with minimal errors, complaints, and chargebacks.

Work with fraud leadership to evaluate or develop tools and enhance fraud detection capabilities.

Partner with other members of the team to improve internal processes when necessary.

Develop effective working relationships across internal and external departments as necessary.

Understand, record, and update reports for all alerts received.

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 1-2 years of experience in Risk, Fraud Prevention, and chargeback/customer disputes (preferred, not required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Basic understanding of Fraud Risks.

Excellent computer skills are a must.

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) preferred.

Ability to learn new technical and departmental systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and the ability to carry out business communications.

Ability to interpret data and organize information accurately.

Must work effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategies, activities, and timing.

Telecommunications and/or E-commerce experience greatly preferred.
