Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Sterling, VA (Sterling Plant)

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support in various functional areas of HR. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining employee records, coordinating HR-related tasks, and answering questions related to HR policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with internal and external HR inquiries and requests

Prepare, maintain, and organize paper, digital, and electronic employee records

Support HR-related training and onboarding processes

Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations

Assist with employee timecards and interviewing processes

Stay current on HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR-related roles

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
