Responsibilities

Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including print advertising, email marketing, and digital content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand standards.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Lead the marketing team in brainstorming sessions, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
Experience
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Proficiency in WordPress for managing website content and updates.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
Experience in print advertising strategies is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving collaborative efforts.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
