Order Support Specialist

- Syracuse (Position is hybrid-4 days in office /1 day virtual)$18.67/per hour to $25.00 /per hour, depending on experience.Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology. Overview

As the Order Support Specialist based in [City, ST], you will enjoy serving as the primary liaison for major accounts and special contracts and making an impact through meticulously reviewing, auditing, and administering sales orders. Your core focus as the Order Support Specialist will be to review bids, sales contract conditions, and terms for accuracy.

In addition, you will play a critical role introducing new tools, processes, policies, and initiatives to maintain the accuracy of sales order documentation for our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities. As you succeed in this role, you will build cross-functional expertise and business acumen, opening doors for future carer growth at Toshiba.

What you'll do

Thoroughly incorporate all necessary documentation into sales ordersReview and audit sales contracts for accuracy, profitability, and complianceCoordinate pricing requests with the sales team to ensure efficient order processingResearch order components and review sales promotions to assess their impactEnsure adherence to standard policies and procedures for all sales ordersKeep sales order records current in all designated systemsProvide support in resolving lease-related concernsPartner with Contracts, Sales, and Corp Leasing to review lease ratesIdentify problematic areas and make recommendations for correctionConduct thorough training for new sales reps and managers on paperwork completionProvide administrative support to marketplace operations within your regionDevelop, maintain, and generate queries, reports, and correspondenceRespond to sales order inquiries from staff, vendors, and customersInitiate appropriate actions to resolve sales order issueDeliver guidance to new hires and colleagues on contract/documentation best practicesQualifications

High School Diploma or GEDFive or more (5+) years of expertise in lease transactions, contract support, billing, and pricingExperience with ERP or CRM systemsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Preferred)Versed in account maintenance, customer service, and sales supportExperience with completing journal entries, reconciliation, and accountingBasic math skills and a history of meeting deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointAvailable and willing to work overtime if needed and capable of occasional travelWhats in it for you?
