About the role

We're looking for an organised Personal Assistant to support our CEO, Nicolas, to help with the logistics of his move from London to New York. From finding him a place to live to setting up bank accounts and coordinating travel, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly. In addition, you'll be helping to manage our small but growing office at Hudson Yards. Working closely with leadership, you'll support the daily running of the office helping us shape a vibrant and welcoming hub in New York.

What will you be doing?Personal Assistant to the CEO:Acting as Nicolas' main point of contact on the ground in New York to coordinate personal needsAssisting with personal administrative tasks, including opening bank accounts, managing personal appointments, and coordinating services as needed.Conducting research and supporting the CEO with relocation logistics, including finding housing, setting up utilities, and managing any other moving requirementsArranging and coordinating travel plans, accommodation, and other personal bookings in New YorkHandling email correspondenceHandling diary management; both business and personalOffice management:Performing day-to-day office management for the office, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative support to staff, and general support to visitorsLiaising with building management and vendors to handle office maintenance, repairs, and improvementsPlanning and coordinating team events, meetings, and entertainment activities to promote team engagement and moraleWorking closely with the CEO and other leadership team members to support special projects and eventsCoordinating with our People and Talent team to support onboarding for new hires in New York including desk setups and office toursWhat experience are we looking for?

You've previously worked as a personal assistant or office managerYou have experience supporting C-level executivesYou've worked in or supported a European teamYou're detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentYou're forward-thinking and capable of managing your time wellYou're proactive and happy to wear multiple hats; you like solving problemsYou're a dog-person!Nice to have

You're familiar with the chaos moving countries can bring; either through supporting someone previously in the workplace, or through your own personal moveYou speak FrenchPerks and Benefits
