Generalists also perform business partner responsibilities providing consultation and support workforce and succession planning efforts, or similar projects designed to positively impact operations. A level I Generalist is responsible for performing administration of HR services, maintaining accurate and complete records, collaborating on the documentation and communication of HR processes, responding to employee questions, developing subject matter expertise in one or more HR service areas while gaining exposure to operations. ResponsibilitiesPerform basic HR tasks such as assisting employees and managers, benefits administration, employee onboarding, exit processes, training development, employee engagement, compensation, recruitment or duties as assigned. Maintain detailed and accurate records.
