Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health offers short term residential treatment programs for teens struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues in a comfortable home like environment.

The Clinical Program Director is an experienced, licensed clinician who oversees the clinical operations of our 6-bed residential program in Lafayette, CA! The Clinical Director works alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that all administrative, operations, and compliance needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical oversight to the programs and ensure that all quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintained.Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the teams.Ensure that the program’s clinical approach remains behavioral and skills-based and in line with Evolve’s mission and values.Provide direct supervision and conduct weekly meetings with the Primary Therapists and Operations Manager.Support the Operations Manager in overseeing Residential Counselor and ChefReview and co-sign clinical documentation in the clients’ medical records;Facilitate weekly Treatment Team meetingsEnsure discharge planning and insurance authorization is being coordinated effectively for each client.Ensure that safety protocols and clinical policies and procedures are being consistently adhered to by staff.Create and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture and collaborate with the Operations ManagerParticipate in the clinical on-call rotation and provide phone-based support to on-site staffQualifications:

LMFT/LCSW/LPCC

in the state of California.Must possess a valid California Driver’s license.Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes.We are looking for a candidate who has been licensed for 2+ years and possesses experience or strong potential in clinical supervision.
