This position is classified as hybrid and will be filled in Hartford, CT. Additional CVS office locations may be considered
Position Summary
In this role, the Manager will support the CFO for the Northeast region with achieving the region's financial and strategic goals.
You will support the Northeast Region with managing and growing the Commercial and Specialty products within the region and this role will report to the VP, Region CFO.
-You will partner with senior management team within the region to maintain financial and operational control of the business.
-Support the financial close, planning and forecasting processes.
-Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze results, including detailed review of medical cost drivers and DOS results.
-Analyze premiums and fees rate against budgets and forecasts.
-You will support P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting.
-You will collaborate with constituent areas including Actuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical Economics.
-Resolve problems and drive issues to resolution.
-Present financials to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of professional work experience.
Experience with financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; a focus in Finance, Accounting or similar fields preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
