ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a passion for training and development to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Training & Development: Identify training requirements through needs assessments and performance reviews. Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced courses. Create and maintain a library of training materials and resources. Track and measure training effectiveness to ensure ROI. Facilitate employee development initiatives, such as mentorship and coaching programs. HR Generalist Duties:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution. Process employee transactions, such as payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on training and development. Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. HR Certified or working towards HR Certification (PHR, SHRM CP) preferred. PAY RANGE

$80,000-$90,000 compensation, commensurate with experience.
