The Business Acceleration Solutions (BAS) team's mission is to accelerate strategic growth to drive key business results for D365 Business Applications and Power Platform. Leveraging the strength of the D365 gross margin (GM), the BAS team will focus on driving Strategic Initiatives to deliver accelerated growth and deep dive to deliver key results for products and the Dataverse Platform.
We are looking for a Principal Business Program Manager to join our team.
In this role,you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our Go- To Market (GTM) Investment Management strategic initiative (aka Lighthouse) with accountability for incremental revenue and market growth.

Develop and execute strategic engineering program focused on reinvestment of engineering efficiencies in revenue & market growth opportunities. Deliver against defined revenue and COGS goals
Collaborate extensively across field, marketing, finance, engineering, partners and customers to design highly effective programs from initiation to delivery. Identify opportunities for targeted investment. Lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics including ROI analysis.
Serve as primary liaison on customer growth opportunities within BAP engineering. Perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting the broader unit. Identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and lead program strategy definition and project plan creation.
Share best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. Share expertise to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Travel: Occasional travel is expected in this role.
Qualifications
Required Quaifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
