Talent Acquisition Coordinator
located onsite at our offices in Redwood City, California. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. We are looking for a coordinator who is collaborative, creative, diligent, humble, and focused on achieving results.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Follow up with candidates as deemed necessary.
Assist in planning and delivering recruiting initiatives.
Develop strong working relationships with members of the recruiting team, hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies.
Provide accurate reporting on the candidate pipeline and candidate statuses.
Help develop and implement strategies, workflows, and processes to drive a signature candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a talent acquisition coordinator.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear understanding of email etiquette.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
