In the role of Civil Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Provide project engineering and utility coordination with a focus on transportation projects and public transportation clients throughout the Southern California Region. Anticipated work tasks may include developing utility basemaps, coordinating with utility owners and agencies, developing relocation strategies, assisting in preparation of cost estimates, preparation of engineering plans, specifications for utility relocations, and data analytics such as GIS and Power BI.Work independently as well as assist groups of medium to large teams of professionals and technicians dependent on project/task.Be involved in highway and railroad utility design and plans production for utility owners and Municipal clients.Perform other duties as needed.Keyword(s):

Preferred Qualifications

Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) $67,000- $85,000
