A Screening Solutions Specialist (SSS) is a front-line position in the fight against cancer. The SSS will drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within the assigned geography and deliver diagnostic solutions by establishing the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening. This position is field-based.Essential DutiesGenerate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape to identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and deliver improved patient outcomes through integration of Exact Science's solutions.

Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities with HCPs to improve clinical decision making and deliver better patient and population health outcomes.Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer and patient unmet needs, including clinical stakeholders and administrators.Synthesize data from various sources to understand the evolving local care system, leveraging tools such as Engage (CRM), Excel, and Tableau to make data-driven decisions.

Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and awareness of the Company's products.

Create business and account plans to drive acceptance of Cologuard and other Exact Sciences solutions.Lead the implementation of these plans to devise customer-specific engagement approaches that evaluate and address customer needs.Inform and educate target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences products and value propositions.Proactively drive business growth by focusing on high-potential customers.Seek regular feedback from customers about their experience and satisfaction.

Lead the successful implementation of account plans through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Ensure execution of targeted tactics to deliver business goals in coordination with internal cross-functional stakeholders.Communicate customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders to mobilize resources.Ensure business is conducted to the highest ethical and professional standards, consistent with Exact Sciences guidelines.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.2+ years of previous sales, inside sales or account management experience, OR 1+ years of previous sales experience plus 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.Possession of a valid driver's license.Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access to those facilities.Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.Experience working with primary care physicians.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM tools.Effective organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.Ability to work confidently in a complex and ambiguous environment.Salary Range:$79,000.00 - $118,000.00.
