Role Summary
ConnexAI is seeking a new
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our rapidly expanding team in Miami, Florida.
Our talent acquisition team oversees the success of sourcing and onboarding new employees and assisting them within their first few weeks at ConnexAI.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing staffing solutions that comply with company policies and legal regulations. You will be tasked with assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and preparing daily staffing reports.
Main Responsibilities And Duties
The main responsibilities for this role are:Leading the mass recruitment drive for various roles across North America.Completing the vetting process across all skill sets prior to raising the proposal for candidate submission.Responsible for employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.Preparing work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met.Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates in management meetings.Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours.Assisting human resources with daily activities as required.Liaising with various departments to fill vacancies.Using a variety of job boards and sourcing tools to fill vacancies.
Experience & Qualities
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience (Having experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a major plus)Experience liaising with multiple department heads and managersHave an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussionsGreat communication skillsExperience in sourcing high quality candidatesExperience handling candidate queries and working with relevant departments to fulfill positionsAttention to detailThis is a fully onsite role in Brickell.
