Business Data Analyst

with a specialized focus on

Employee Health & Safety (EHS)

to join our team for a 2-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, management, and reporting, with proficiency in tools such as

Griffin ,

Visier ,

SQL , and

AWS . As a Business Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to leverage data-driven insights to improve workplace safety and help ensure compliance with EHS standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, with a strong focus on

Employee Health & Safety (EHS)

or related fields.Proficiency with

Griffin

and

Visier

reporting tools, or similar EHS management platforms.Advanced skills in

SQL

for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Hands-on experience working with

AWS

(Amazon Web Services) for data management and cloud-based analytics.Strong knowledge of

ETL

processes and data pipeline management.Ability to work with large datasets and complex systems while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent

communication

skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to a diverse group of stakeholders.A passion for leveraging data to improve workplace safety and health outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in

Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science , or related field.Familiarity with EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices.Previous experience working in an

EHS or health and safety-related

role is a plus.Work Environment:This position will be based in

Secaucus, NJ .The role will require close collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.The position is for a

2-month contract

with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
