You are also comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Duties include but are not limited to:Drafting pleadings and forms, including Probate, Estate, Trust, Guardianship and Conservatorship Pleadings, affidavits, and motionsWorking with and conversion of Potential clientsPossible overseeing Mass Health long-term care applicationsDrafting Estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts and Special Needs TrustsPerforming legal researchWorking with clientsCourt appearances including both emergency and regular hearings, filings, reviews, and status conferencesCase managementCapabilities in working with numbers in Excel and experience or capacity in drafting Probate AccountsAssisting with Mental Health Publication for Mass PracticeExperience and Qualifications:Ideally Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience requiredMassachusetts bar license requiredPossesses a strong work ethicExhibits empathy to clientsHas a passion for this area of lawHas excellent critical thinking abilitiesHas exceptional writing and drafting techniquesHas strong legal and research skillsPossesses excellent communication skillsHas excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and is results drivenFollows established processesSalary is competitive commensurate with experience.To apply for this opportunity, please submit a detailed resume as well as a cover letter telling us why you chose this area of law and why you are the best fit for our firm.
