The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate and estate litigation and will collaborate with the firm's team to handle a steady stream of cases. Represent clients in contested probate matters such="will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes.Provide legal advice and guidance on complex probate cases.Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies for contested probate cases.Stay updated on probate law, regulations, and industry best practices.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, focusing on contested probate matters.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.Skills:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Compassionate approach to working in elder law and probate disputes.Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
