is working with a locally based franchise that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This role offers flexibility, with 25 hours per week that can be structured as partial days or a few full days.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as needed.Organize and manage documents, including filing and retrieval, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.Provide administrative support to leadership, including note-taking and report generation.Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy.Act as a communication liaison between locations and external partners.Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.Assisting with permit applications
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
