JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Talent Development Advisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective learning, development, and performance tools and strategies that will ultimately help firm members determine career goals and impact their development and achievement of future opportunities within the firm.
You will partner with the Director of Talent Development as well as with Practice Leaders to establish the strategy and approach you will utilize for assigned programs for Associates and Seniors leveraging talent services resources to effectively service the teams.
A day in the life of this position may include:
Demonstrate business, industry knowledge to be effective in delivering assigned programsProvide knowledge support regarding delivery processes, tools, and technology in support of learningEnsure policies, programs and guidelines are followed by the teamsRaise the game of SDA's, Supervisors, ManagersUnderstand performance standards and support the firm to create a performance cultureWork with key stakeholders in defining goals and measures of success for coaching engagements; support the sourcingOversee coaching engagements from intake through planningRecommend, enhance, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomesFosters and maintains positive relationships within Talent Development Team, HR and with firm leadersWork closely with HR to identify employee relations issues and resolutionsConsult and collaborate with SDAs to identify and recommend performance solutions and/or interventionsWhat you bring:
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 6 years of related experienceExceptional project management skillsStrong organization and communication skillsAbility to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentStrong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practicesConsultative approach toward clientsSound leadership skillsProficient Microsoft Office skills
