Nursing Team Lead
Overview:
Exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a full-time Licensed Nurse (LPN) Team Lead within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). You will supervise the day-to-day clinical activities of ReGenesis Health Care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern ReGenesis Health Care. Provide leadership at the point of care, ensuring that safe and effective practice occurs while enhancing the patient/family experience by ensuring the highest degree of quality care is always maintained and in a cost-effective manner.Excellent pay up to $32.00 per hour with excellent full-time benefits. Sign on bonus and quarterly incentive.
Duties and Responsibilities :You will supervise the nursing/medical assistant staff and ensuring that professional standards are always maintained.You will ensure that the clinical staff on duty understands and adheres to the written policies and procedures of ReGenesis Health Care.You will educate as needed and serve as a resource for staff regarding policies and procedures.You will help to evaluate clinical staff and assist the Director of Nursing with job performance reviews and competencies as required. Provide feedback and ideas/suggestions to Director of Nursing to assist in retention and minimizing staff turnover.You will serve as a mentor and promotes teamwork. Acts as a role model to staff members by creating an environment that empowers staff to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.Daily job duties may require providing direct nursing care if needed to fill unplanned vacancies.You will assess the overall needs of the clinical offices and allocates available resources and clinical staff responsibilities appropriately, providing adequate supervision and guidance where necessary.You will review patient scheduling to anticipate patient needs and assist in resolving potential staffing concerns or other potential issues.You will order supplies and other resources as required for execution of nursing tasks plus oversee the assigned staff member at each office responsible for ordering supplies.You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing regarding patient complaints.You will participate in Quality Improvement, other internal committees and activities that promote improved clinical operations and workflows as delegated by the Director of Nursing.Benefits and Perks :

LPN or higher level of nursing degree preferred; MA acceptable.3 -5 years of direct patient care experience required.Must demonstrate superb leadership/managerial abilities.Must possess knowledge/understanding of technological aspects of healthcare, including electronic medical records & Microsoft applications.Able to independently seek out resources/solutions and work collaboratively.Able to communicate clearly with patients, families, visitors, RHC healthcare team, and leadership team.
