A well-established, AV-rated law firm in Maryland is seeking a Senior Attorney with 10+ years of experience in corporate and business law. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in transactional work, drafting agreements, and resolving business disputes. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Maryland, with licensure in Washington D.C. and Virginia preferred. Handle business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, non-compete agreements, and executive compensation agreements.Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.Provide legal counsel on business dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary.Maintain and expand client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality legal services.Collaborate with a team of attorneys while managing a portfolio of client matters independently.Engage in business development efforts to grow and manage a portfolio of clients.Requirements:

10+ years of experience in corporate and business law.Strong background in transactional law, business agreements, and dispute resolution.Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters independently.Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.Portable business required.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active Bar membership in Maryland (required).Licensure in Washington D.C. and/or Virginia is preferred.Skills:

Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex business agreements.Strong problem-solving skills and sound legal judgment.Ability to manage multiple clients and legal matters efficiently.Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.Compensation and Benefits:
