RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

JOB DETAILS:Target Ratios: 1:5-6Shift: 12 hr NIGHTS; 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours.Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays!

** Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed

RTO: 7 days MAX; No Christmas RTOFloating Requirement: Floating requiredWeekend Requirement: 12-16 per contract

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: dementia, diabetes, dementia, COVID, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, encephalopathy, GI bleed, anemia, hip fracture. Typical M/S diagnoses plus COVID

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Isolation area for COVID patients, multi level care to include stepdown (cared for by stepdown staff, not M/S staff)

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, Epic, SBAR

SCHEDULING TYPE: based on unit needs

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours

Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
