Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedInWhat you will be doing:Validate complex battery systems and components including structural, thermal, electro-mechanical components (Shaker tests, mechanical validation test sequences, 1 battery abuse testing, IP (immersion production) testing, EMI/EMC compliance, emissions etc.)Create test reportsReview test findings along with potential solutionsGenerating needed artifacts per the engineering phaseDrive best validation practices10% - 25% time traveling to test sites
What you'll need to be successful:Essential:College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or other relevant technical disciplines.System and Validation engineering experience with strong technical background on product validation.Proven experience with problem solving, definition and execution of validation tests, data analysis and creation of test reports.Open-minded, team focused, have an innovative spirit, self-motivating, and think with a physics-based mindset to solving technical problems, while being able to balance cost and timing.2 plus years of experienceHumble, teachable, and solve their own problemsEffective and collaborative team playerGood communicator - written and verbalMS office suit solid knowledge is required.Great collaborator
Preferred:Battery EV vehicle and systemsProduct Safety and Compliance experienceCreo Schematics experiencePDM Windchill or Polarion experienceExperience with troubleshooting engine or vehicle electrical systems
