KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIESEssential FunctionsProvide day to day support to team members for professional correspondence and tasks, project schedules, meeting agendas and task listings for client assignmentsResearch and prepare market/building tour reports and site surveysCreate flyers and eblast campaignsDirect involvement in client presentations, including preparation and presentation as neededPerform accounting functions which may include preparation of expense reports, requisitions and billingsWork in cooperation with other employees in the office on large projectsCoordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries and special eventsAnswer telephones, filing, database entry and other office duties as assignedManage inventory of office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed, while ensuring the workspace remains organizedOther tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Director of Operations

Specialty FunctionsKnowledge of Salesforce or other applicable CRM. Administration, training, oversight, reporting, etc.Assist with marketing collateral including email campaigns, sublease flyers, & PowerPoint presentationsGeneral writing ability, white papers, blog posts, press releasesBusiness development including sourcing leads, research, and follow-up with prospects

QUALIFICATIONSReal Estate Salesperson’s license (as an example)Microsoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge of graphic design principlesGeneral knowledge of database & research techniquesIT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot typical software and hardware problemsCalendar management

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAt least 10 years work experience in an administrative/support positionPreference in commercial or residential real estateAny combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree preferredCommercial real estate experience
