ABOUT OUR CLIENTTop Ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead their Retail and Commercial projects through to completion.
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5-7 years of Lead Superintendent experienceExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesMust be willing to travel on site to project locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
