Job Title: Desktop Support SpecialistLocation: Memphis, TNDuration: 3 Months Contract (Right to Hire)

Shift:

2 days 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3 days 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Local candidates who can work n W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.Pay Range:

$22/Hr - $27.50/Hr

Job Description:Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:Provide basic technical support to clients with a Customer Service Attitude.Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems. Creating constructive, customer centered relationships with onsite staff.All while treating each individual with premier customer care and empathy.

Education and Experience:3 - 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent communication skills.This position requires a self-starter and good self-governanceThe ability to work in a team environment or alone and commit to a flexible work schedule.
