Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration: 3 Months Contract (Right to Hire)

Shift: 2 days 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3 days 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Note: Local candidates who can work n W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $22/Hr - $27.50/Hr

Job Description:

  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.
  • Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
  • Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical support to clients with a Customer Service Attitude.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems. Creating constructive, customer centered relationships with onsite staff.
  • All while treating each individual with premier customer care and empathy.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • This position requires a self-starter and good self-governance
  • The ability to work in a team environment or alone and commit to a flexible work schedule.
