Key Responsibilities:Prepare, present, and explain closing documents to buyers and sellers, making the closing process seamless and understandable.Utilize your strong math, computer, and critical thinking skills to manage every detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions with precision.Coordinate and schedule closings, working effectively with all involved parties and ensuring timely preparation of Closing Disclosures and HUDs.Exhibit exceptional customer service, communicating confidently and building relationships with clients, lenders, and office teams.Qualifications:Experience:
3-5 years in the escrow or title industry.Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; outstanding written and verbal communication; and strong interpersonal skills to handle client needs with care.Knowledge:
