The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that promote and develop brand cohesion. Responsibilities:Developing both organic and paid media campaignsPromoting community engagementOptimizing engagement through content and media initiativesCollaborating with creative project teams and designers for overall cohesive brand developmentAnalyzing social media metrics and creating initiatives to increase engagementCollaborating with influencers and developing influencer relationshipsManaging all digital content and copyUtilizing social media strategizes to grow overall brand cohesionCurating content to increase online presence and brand awarenessOverseeing content from planning and strategy through executionResearching market trends for social media strategyOverseeing social media initiatives and strategies to grow brand voice and reachDeveloping and managing social media and content calendarBuilding new media partnerships to grow online presenceUtilizing analytics programs to make appropriate changes to campaigns/programsCoordinating with marketing team on campaign timelineEffectively communicating with cross-functional teamsDesired Skills:Strong People SkillsAbility to work well under deadlinesAbility to represent company mission and valuesFood and Beverage industry experience is a plusMust Have:3+ years in Social Media Coordinating/ManagementBA or BS in Social Media Management or Marketing preferredProficiency in Adobe ProgramsHands-on experience using social media platforms and analytics programsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to Advanced MSOffice
