Our Client is a Law Firm in the West Palm area.
To qualify you must have experience working in Commercial Real Estate Law.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Implementation of all elements of evolving commercial real estate case and knowledge management systems, including file management (electronic and hard copy), case calendaring, task lists and commercial litigation-related deadlines.Meet and confer with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss cases, projects, and ongoing client development initiatives.Order, review, and abstract UCC/judgment/lien search results.Obtain and review zoning reports and conduct related zoning analysesDraft legal documents including routine retention and fee applications; draft orders; prepare exhibits; file motions and pleadings in accordance with judicial procedures.Research and analyze case management procedures, local court rules and statutes for compliance.Review and monitor case dockets to identify, summarize, and circulate relevant pleadings and applications.Manage hearing preparation and support, including scheduling of telephonic appearances and preparation of hearing binders.Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case information, which may include depositions, pleadings, exhibits and other items.Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.Develop and maintain time records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases.
Minimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree with 4 or more years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of electronic filing through Federal and State courts.Familiarity with fundamental commercial real estate conceptsExcellent interpersonal and client service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
