Job Description:
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of mid-rise buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise all on-site construction activities for mid-rise building projects.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Manage project schedules and budgets.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with mid-rise buildings.Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in construction management software.OSHA certification is a plus.
