As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a Cloud Data project, where you will be analyzing Wealth Management Data, interacting with clients, and writing business user stories.We're looking for

Senior Consultants

who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues.ResponsibilitiesBased on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines;Reading and analyzing capital market data using SQL;Writing BRDs and business user stories;Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; this may include leading and managing small solutioning teams to accomplish the above;Elevate the Cognizant brand from mere solution vendor to business-focused transformation partner, based on earning the trust and confidence of clients;Ensure accurate understanding of a client's business challenges and their optimum alignment to engagements delivering Cognizant solutions;Capitalize on successful project outcomes in pursuit of further client business partnering and involvement with the client's development of strategic digital transformation roadmaps;Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources (e.g., service lines, SBUs, on/offshore delivery teams) and Partners on behalf of project goals, often-changing client needs, and ultimately client delight;Leverage specific engagement solutions as marketable Cognizant solution offerings;Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations;Qualifications5 + years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the Banking industry;Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline;Proven experience in Capital Markets Business Analysis position;Wealth Management experience is preferred;Data migration/cloud data project experience is preferred;Experience within a consultancy, within a targeted industry domain, or within a digital solution environment core to one or more of Cognizant's businesses;Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes;The embodiment of Cognizant's Core Values of: Start with a point of view; Seek data, build knowledge; Always strive, never settle; Work as one; Create conditions for everyone to thrive; Do the right thing, the right way.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
