The role of a Store Manager is to enhance the customer experience and drive sales while promoting a positive work environment geared towards growth and development. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level comprising customer experience, staff development, financial management, inventory management, and general operations and compliance to state compliance and regulations as well as Nirvana Center Policies. They will be responsible for performance management, rewards and recognition, and disciplinary action of all staff members in the dispensary.

Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff for the retail location.Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff.Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.E

UTIES

:

Direction and oversight of all dispensary operations (including sales and inventory). Oversees staff and fulfills staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times. Performance management, goal setting, and reviews of employees. Coaching and Disciplinary action for all employees.Enforces Nirvana Center Dispensary policies and procedures.Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing. Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships. Ensure that patients experience excellent care while in our facility. Addressing and resolving customer and employee complaints promptly and effectively to the best of their ability.Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.Collaborates with regional managers and owners to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.Uses company software to research, analyze, and track purchases.Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.Takes initiative to ensure that the store remains compliant to state compliance regulations.Lead weekly Manager Meetings with Supervisor staff. Lead bi-weekly Employee Meetings with all staff.Performs other duties as required.R

XPERIENCE

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Organized with attention to detail.Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.Excellent customer service abilities.Ability to develop and maintain budgets.Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.At least two years of retail experience is highly preferred.Successful completion of company's management training programP

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Prolonged periods of standing, walking throughout the facility.Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
