Natsu Healthcare is in need of a Human Resource Director. As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including developing and implementing HR policies, succession planning, workforce planning, HR consulting, employee engagement, career development, executive coaching, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking. Your major end result will be to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment. HR Administration:

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Nurture a positive working environment

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and disciplinary action

Policy creation, standardization, and enforcement

Oversee payroll and benefits administration

Assist with HR projects and events as needed, such as performance appraisals and audits

First point of contact for benefit questions from employees and manager

Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings

Provide HR consulting services to senior management and employees

Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives

Provide executive coaching to senior leaders

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Recruiting:

Manages candidate sourcing resources and the associated business relationships with vendors

Screens and interviews potential candidates if needed.

Supports recruitment efforts including job description administration, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling appointments and interacting with hiring managers and candidates regarding status of openings and applications if needed.

Maintain tracking/measurement system directly related to recruitment effectiveness

Develop recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants

Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process

Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings, refer candidate to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews if needed.

Coordinate participation in various job fairs

Develop/maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives

Onboarding and Orientation:

Prepare employment offers and extend offer to candidates if needed.

Manage all onboarding processes, including documentation, drug screenings, background screening, verify, and coordination with HRIS team.

Conduct New Hire orientation

Ensure excellent experience for all new hires

Full life cycle recruiting

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to communicate confidential information.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5-10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience with HRIS systems and other software.

Healthcare Industry knowledge/experience is preferred but not required

A PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
