The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), with production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.VAT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Team Leader to become an integral part of our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, developing opportunities, generating quotes, and managing the inside sales team. This position will have direct reports, will be responsible for executing the sales strategy through the inside sales team, and will support the US general territory outside sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for a territory of customers and the rest of the Inside sales team. Your challenge is to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth for the company. This position is located in San Jose, CA and will report to the US Sales Manager.Responsibilities:

Lead Team: Responsible for leading the inside sales team in executing the sales strategy.Manage and encourage employee development and engagement within Inside Sales team.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and website inquiries.Build and maintain relationships with contacts within assigned territory and support them throughout the sales pipeline.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including territory managers, and product managers to deliver customer-centric solutions.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling VAT products and services, maximizing revenue potential.Create, monitor, and follow up on outstanding quotes from quote creation to closure.Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales, team leadership, or a related role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.Demonstrated ability to understand technical products.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and MS Office suite.Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Interested?
