Job Description
A rapidly growing company is seeking a
Controller
to oversee its financial operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and strategic analysis. Working closely with the executive leadership, the new leader will enhance operational efficiency by optimizing financial processes, enhancing strategic decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across financial operations.
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of the month close and the results reporting process (P&L, BS, cashflows, KPI reporting) and closely work with multi-locations to ensure timely reporting to the local management and the corporate finance team.Prepare annual budgets, business plans, monthly rolling P&L forecasts, and cash forecasts by leading the cross-functional discussions. Provide strategic oversight to difference between actual and budget/forecast figures.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, providing critical insights into the company's financial health.Attend and lead the financial part of the monthly business review meetings.Collaborate with the financial team to establish and maintain internal controls and policies that safeguard the company's financial assets.Maintain accurate and organized financial records and systematic processes for efficient financial operations.Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, working proactively to maintain financial accuracy.Drive performance improvement initiatives using a data-driven approach, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations.Take ownership of financial projects and deliver timely results, demonstrating strong project management skills.Train, develop, and manage the performance of accounting staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field7-10+ years of finance and accounting experience, 5+ years in a Controller positionProven experience in a financial leadership role in an industrial services industry!Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standardsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindsetEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial insights to non-finance team membersProject management skills and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and accounting softwareCPA designation preferred, not required
