Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and experienced
Human Resource Generalist
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process for retail, corporate, and warehouse roles, from job posting to onboardingConduct new hire orientations and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experienceAdminister employee benefits and manage open enrollment, including employee communications and addressing questionsProvide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR-related questions from employeesSupport employee relations initiatives, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on performance managementAssist in the implementation of HRIS system (Paycom) updates, ensuring records are accurate and up to dateCoordinate employee engagement activities and support company eventsMonitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesMaintain personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracySupport additional HR projects and initiatives as assignedQualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail, corporate, or warehouse environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS systems (experience with Paycom is a plus)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and confidentialityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive situations and information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)What We Offer
