Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, taking vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, and drawing blood.RequirementsEducation: Graduation from a formal MA training program or an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a healthcare setting, especially in an ambulatory clinic setting.Essential SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Proficient computer skills.Licensure/Certification/RegistrationCertification from a recognized program, such as CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), NCMA (NCCT), CCMA (NHA), NRCMA (NAHP), or LPN.American Heart Association BLS certification within 90 days of hire.BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, retirement plan, and more.
