Seeking a seasoned IT professional with a minimum of seven years of experience in IT support roles, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud security, and advanced IT service management. This role is responsible for overseeing the configuration, optimization, and security of critical IT systems, including Microsoft 365 services, NinjaOne, Splashtop, Prisma Suite, and other security tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in service desk environments, network and cloud security, and automation, with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and streamline IT operations.
Microsoft 365 Advanced AdministrationUser Licensing
Manage and optimize user license assignments, allocations, and compliance within Microsoft 365.
Microsoft Teams
Oversee Teams administration, including advanced channel setup, permissions, policy configurations, and integrations.Resolve complex issues related to meetings, chat, file sharing, and external access.
Intune (Mobile Device Management)
Configure and manage advanced device compliance policies, deploy applications, and oversee mobile device management.Troubleshoot device enrollment, corporate device management, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Exchange Online
Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox configuration, email flow, retention policies, and spam filtering.Address issues in email delivery, calendaring, and user permissions with an advanced troubleshooting approach.
