Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems).Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements.Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Alerts, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System.Support project manager, project teams, accounting team, and office management with financial needs of the office as requestedPerform weekly payroll functionsAttend and participate in all required company training.Promote and support all company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Education: 2 year college associate degree1 - 2 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls.Bilingual (English/Spanish), Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsKnowledge of Payroll and General LedgerExperience with Penta and/or TexturaAbility to read and interpret contract documents, work in progress reports, operating income statements, general ledger accounts, and balance sheets.Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and defined deadlinesSalary Range (based on experience): $65,000 - $90,000
