We operate nine sites offering Medical Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services, Patient Transportation, Mobile Medical, and Outreach Services.

Duties and Responsibilities :You will provide quality primary medical care for all patients in accordance with the physician's medical specialty.You will develop a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physician examination, appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization when necessary.You will use all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and radiological testing, in an appropriate and cost-efficient manner.You will confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and patient's families concerning treatment and care of patients.You will participate in the Health Promotion/Disease Prevention activities by the U.S. Public Health Services.You will supervise Nurse Practitioners according to contractual obligations and in accordance with the RHC Collaborative Agreement.Benefits and Perks :

Certification/License:

South Carolina license to practice medicine.Current certification by an appropriate American Specialty Board or board eligible and in process to become board certified within 12 months of hire.Experience:

Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine.Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model preferred.Completion of a qualified residency program or demonstration of a reasonable volume of patient care within the past 12 months.Education:

Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine, family practice, or pediatrics.
