Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a VP Sales - Crypto - this is a hybrid role in Manhattan, NY.We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President of Sales to lead our sales department. This role is critical in driving our business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the VP of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team and engaging in the full selling cycle of our blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the blockchain industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.Requirements
Management Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and revenue goalsOversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective processesSet sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team alignment with organizational goalsLead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementCollaborate with the CRO and executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectivesPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive teamManage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resourcesCoordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceSales Responsibilities:Actively engage in selling our blockchain solutions to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentify and target key prospects, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutionsConduct high-level negotiations and close deals with major clientsRepresent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our networkStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategiesProvide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insightsDevelop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clientsMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Minimum of 2 years experience in the Blockchain industry.Highly skilled at identifying opportunities and leveraging relationships within the Blockchain space.Experience leading Sales teams globally, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Located in NY & happy to work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office).
