AWS is looking for an accomplished Business Operations Manager to support and execute strategic initiatives for the AWS Specialist & Partner Organization.You will be a key partner to senior leaders, working with them to drive operational efficiency, and scale strategic initiatives. You possess the ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges resulting in successful outcomes. You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering results in a highly matrixed role, working to influence and align cross-functional teams with competing priorities. You are able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for technology, a high degree of business acumen, and a broad knowledge of programs and operations.Key job responsibilitiesAnalyze complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables and insights.Build and manage end-to-end goal planning mechanisms. This includes defining goal, forecasting, target setting, distribution, and operationalizing an inspection mechanism to monitor performance against attainment, and ensure all stakeholders understand what needs to be delivered throughout the year.Be a business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance around best practices of business operations.Manage business planning and operational cycles (monthly, quarterly, annually) for the ISV partner team and coordinate with leaders of other business areas as needed.Work jointly with members of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services community to coordinate and manage projects to help grow customer base.Identify areas opportunity for optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, systems, and tools to make it simple and easy for teams at all levels to deliver and meet the Amazon quality bar.Establish credibility and maintain working relationships with key stakeholder teams (Legal, Finance, Business Development, etc.).Influence peers and cross functional stakeholders to drive desired business outcomes.About the teamAWS values diverse experiences. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentationsExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent6+ years of sales operations or equivalent experienceExperience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI toolsExperience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.Experience working within a high-growth, technology companyExperience with SQLAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
