Role & Responsibilities:Inventory Management :
Involved in controlling the inventory by receiving, issuing, returning, adjusting, and inventory stores items.Receive parts and kits for PM & Corrective WO's, Pre-kit WO's, Parts Check-out, manage min/max, add spare to inventory if required, maintain and update critical spare parts list, replenish inventory, cycle count, reconcile, reports, receive parts in iMaint or SAP database, and verify inventory level and update iMaint.
iMaint / SAP database expert:
Update and schedule the WO's in iMaint and tracker, receive parts in SAP or iMaint, create or update the parts pick lists in the tracker.The planner is the keeper of the iMaint and tracker software data files.The planner constantly reviews information being input into the iMaint and tracker for accuracy and completeness.
Maintenance Execution:
Generate weekly PM's / PdM's and distribute the WO's to respective Maintenance personnel.Print-out and distribute corrective repairs / emergency WO's to Technicians, ensure WO completion, ensure PM / WO closure and reconcile in iMaint database, and issue additional tasks. Reports on Reconciliation (% WO Completion).
Planning & Scheduling :
Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective (repair / overhaul) and preventive maintenance (PM/PdM) activities.Develops weekly work schedule and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in determining the job priorities.The planner will make changes and adjustments to the schedule after the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling meeting or after reviewing them with the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.The planner maintains a complete and current backlog of work orders. As work is requested, the request is given to the planner.The planner reviews the weekly schedule with the Maintenance Supervisor before the start of the workweek.The Maintenance Supervisor recommendations that require changes are incorporated into the schedule, and the planner then publishes the schedules.
