The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, administration, and management of both undergraduate and graduate admissions, outreach, recruitment, and enrollment. This role involves creating and executing strategies to meet annual admission goals, enhancing the recruitment process for various student categories, and fostering outreach to new and existing markets. The Executive Director will work closely with the VP of Student Affairs and other campus offices to ensure the smooth operation of the application evaluation process, maintain compliance with accreditation and reporting requirements, and oversee the development of enrollment marketing and recruitment communication plans. A key aspect of the position is the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships within a higher education environment and to lead a large team in achieving the institution's enrollment vision and mission priorities. Applicants for this position at The Company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in enrollment management. The role requires superior communication skills, experience in managing admission or student services teams, and a proven track record in operational process improvements and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the value of both liberal arts and professional education, familiar with trends in higher education, and have experience with marketing campaigns across various platforms.
