The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, administration, and management of both undergraduate and graduate admissions, outreach, recruitment, and enrollment. This role involves creating and executing strategies to meet annual admission goals, enhancing the recruitment process for various student categories, and fostering outreach to new and existing markets. The Executive Director will work closely with the VP of Student Affairs and other campus offices to ensure the smooth operation of the application evaluation process, maintain compliance with accreditation and reporting requirements, and oversee the development of enrollment marketing and recruitment communication plans. A key aspect of the position is the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships within a higher education environment and to lead a large team in achieving the institution's enrollment vision and mission priorities.
