We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities. The Director, National Account is responsible for developing relationships with and securing contracts from decision makers for major national accounts, primarily in the Practice Management Group segment. Business Development/Sales - 80%

Assumes responsibility for growth of National Accounts; partners with each internal division to capitalize on opportunities Engages with influencers and decision makers to ensure we have access to all opportunities Travels to conferences as well as client sites to meet and network with prospects Negotiates contracts with clients Engages in strategic planning and market research to determine how to best target clients Implements follow-through process with both National Accounts and each division to ensure maximum results Seeks to understand challenges clients are facing and offers solutions to satisfy their needs Account Management - 20%

Develops long-term relationships with key decision makers Seeks feedback on our services and finds innovative ways to improve processes Organizes, maintains, and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes Keeps clients informed of progress regarding issues that may arise Solicits feedback to determine the best path to supply both excellent service and processes Ensures requests, needs, and questions are promptly addressed Monitors service delivery and ensures excellence in service levels SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of sales and account management experience, preferably with strategic or national accounts with experience influencing executive-level decision makers Prior experience in staffing or healthcare staffing preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
