Job Summary
As an
Art Director
for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, you will be a creative leader with a strong focus on video and paid media advertising. You will oversee projects from concept to execution, working closely with designers, copywriters, and videographers to deliver innovative, high-quality creative solutions. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the luxury and visual excellence of the Ritz-Carlton brand, ensuring that all creative output, particularly in video and media campaigns, aligns with our brand's prestige and vision.
Essential FunctionsLead the creative direction of projects from concept to execution, focusing on video production and paid media advertising.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality creative content that aligns with the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection brand standards.Develop and oversee video concepts for campaigns, ensuring that they captivate and resonate with luxury audiences.Ensure that all creative deliverables reflect the luxury standards of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, maintaining visual consistency and innovation across all channels.Drive paid media creative strategies, optimizing visuals and messaging to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices in digital media, video production, and advertising to ensure a forward-thinking creative approach.Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of execution.Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in video production and paid media advertising, ideally in a luxury or hospitality context.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage creative teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools for video production and media development.Deep understanding of video storytelling, art direction, and production processes.Strong knowledge of paid media strategies and how to align visual content to drive engagement and conversions.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Work Environment:
This hybrid role is based in downtown Fort Lauderdale and often requires flexible work hours, including working beyond regular business hours as necessary.
