You will assist in coordinating events, managing vendors, handling client communications, and supporting on-site event activities.Key Responsibilities:Help develop event timelines, floor plans, and layouts.Maintain event budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Support on-site event setup, registration, and attendee assistance.Handle guest inquiries and troubleshoot issues that arise during events.Assist with event marketing tasks, including social media updates and promotional activities.Create and maintain event documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and reports.Participate in post-event debriefs and provide feedback for future improvements.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Trello).
