We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Event Coordinator

to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences. You will assist the Event Coordinator in all aspects of event logistics, client communication, and vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Coordination:

Assist in developing event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure successful execution.Vendor Management:

Help source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.Client Support:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements and provide regular updates.Logistics Management:

Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and setup for events. Help manage on-site event logistics, including registration and guest services.Marketing & Promotion:

Assist in creating promotional materials and managing event marketing efforts, such as social media updates and email campaigns.Administrative Duties:

Maintain event files, prepare contracts, handle invoicing, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.On-Site Support:

Be present at events to help with setup, guest check-in, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.Post-Event Activities:

Assist in gathering feedback, creating post-event reports, and coordinating follow-up activities.Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor
