However, the ideal candidate must be available to attend in-person court appearances as needed.Duties:Advise clients on legal rights and prepare necessary legal documents related to their cases.Attend pretrial hearings, counsel clients on strategies after each hearing, and recommend next steps.Manage courtroom appearances, trial preparations, drafting motions, and interviewing witnesses.Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case outcomes based on legal precedents.Handle a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring efficient workflow.Provide legal analysis and advice to clients regarding potential case advantages.Gather additional evidence to strengthen the client's case or to counter prosecution arguments.Prepare clients for depositions, set case goals, and collect testimonies and insights from relevant witnesses and experts.Requirements:4-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense.Proven experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to strategize and work closely with team members.High-level interpersonal abilities.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law.Certifications:Membership in the State Bar.Skills:Expertise in criminal defense law and case management.Strong legal research and writing skills.Effective communication and client counseling abilities.High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.Job Location:
